London, here I come!

Hi everybody,

I hope that you all had a good weekend. Today the Flora London Marathon announced that I will be running again this year in London on April 17th. London has been a really special race for me after winning there in 2002 and 2003, the support that I have had there from the spectators and the public in general is amazing so I am really looking forward to running there again. I have had so many messages and letters from people who have been accepted for this years race and I hope everybody’s preparation is going well.

I am currently away getting a physio check up before I leave to go to the USA on Thursday, to begin the intensive preparation build up to the Spring racing program. I am looking forward to really getting back into my routine and focusing on the events that I will be racing in the next few months.

Thanks again to everyone who has taken the time to leave me messages in the guestbook. I love reading them and really appreciate them.
